Mahesh Basavaraju is a Market Segment Manager, responsible for driving test and measurement business for the Wireless Communication segment at Rohde & Schwarz. He focuses on both cellular and non-cellular technologies and is active in conferences and workshops in the Asian region. Mahesh has over 15 years of experience in T&M and has previously served as an R&D Engineer at Nokia. His experience in working on both mobile device and network equipment testing has contributed to his comprehensive understanding of the wireless industry. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Visveswaraya Technological University in India.

Konstantin Bick received his master’s degree in electrical engineering from the Seoul National University, South Korea. During his studies he focused on Computer Architecture and Neural Networks. Joining Rohde & Schwarz in 2019, he worked on digital products within the group of product managers and application engineers for signal and spectrum analyzers. Konstantin’s focus is on mobile comms and base station testing. Recently, he started supporting the company’s O-RAN initiatives.
