台灣羅德史瓦茲

Colley Hwang is a media executive, a veteran ICT analyst and a best-selling author. What distinguish him from other media personnel and analysts is not just the 35 years of experience under his belt, but also his wide and close connections with many key persons in the ICT industry and government sector – his stint on the board of directors at Asia's top electronics components distributor WPG Holdings and his role as an adviser to Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs being just some of the examples showing his stature.

With support from several heavyweights in Taiwan's IT and semiconductor sectors, Hwang founded DIGITIMES in 1998. Hwang is highly regarded among Taiwan's ICT industry leaders and the general public for his opinions, a fact demonstrated by his best-selling books. He has published nine books so far, the latest being Disconnected ICT Supply Chains: New Power Plays Unfolding, a timely response to COVID-19 and an insightful analysis of the post-pandemic tensions that everyone in the ICT industry faces. Having lived in the US and studied in South Korea, the Taiwan-based Hwang, who speaks Chinese, English and Korean, demonstrates a sensitivity, perspective and awareness that are seldom seen in other analysts and journalists.

As an analyst, Hwang has rendered consulting services to many top-tier international ICT firms such as Microsoft, TSMC, Foxconn, AUO, UMC, Acer, Lenovo, Samsung, Huawei, BOE, Applied Materials, Synopsys, Rohm, and Epson. He has served as an adviser to many local governments and organizations, including the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Taipei City. Prior to founding DIGITIMES, Hwang led Taiwan's Market Intelligence Center (MIC). He has also served on the boards of directors at WPG Holdings, Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, China Aviation Development Foundation, TAITRA and Sinocon Industrial Standards Foundation.

 Dr. Liao has more than 22 years of experience in innovation and invention, technology transfer and industrial upgrading consulting services, familiar with aerospace satellites, fire protection, green energy, smart machinery, net zero carbon emissions and circular economy industry issues, specializing in destructive innovation, cross-domain integration system engineering, transfer of new product technology development and introduction of innovative invention process. Owns more than 50 patents and has won 21 international innovation and invention awards, such as the R&D100 Global Innovation Award, the Edison Award in the United States, the NASA Future Creation Award.
 He is the director of Green and Digital Economy Division, Commercialization and Industry Service Center (CIS), ITRI. He is also the secretary-general of Taiwan LEO Satellite Industrial Alliance and the deputy secretary-general of Taiwan Space Industry Development Association.

 In August 2010, in collaboration with American companies Honeywell/Tridium, entered the green energy and environmental protection industry. Led FIC to establish the Green Energy Division, reorganizing both software and hardware to enter the green energy and smart management industry.
 In 2010, assumed the role of Vice Chairman of the 3CEMS Group and actively led its transformation. It transitioned from a PCB circuit board company to a high-value, low-quantity, vertical market EMS company.
 In 2014, acquired RuggON Corporation, developing its own brand (RuggON) rugged industrial computer business that conforms to international military product standards and specifications, mainly serving the industrial, factory automation, law enforcement, agriculture, mining, maritime, logistic, and government sectors.
 In 2016, led the FIC to deepen its involvement in the automotive front-end electronic design industry, providing forward-looking digital automotive electronic design products to car manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers, such as Augmented Reality Head-Up Displays (AR HUD) and digital dashboards.
 In 2020, received the CES Automotive Innovation Design Award for the 3D Laser Beam System (LBS) AR HUD, a laser imaging augmented reality head-up display.
 In 2022, led Ubiqconn to enter the Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite industry.

Dr. Shue has been CTO for Pegatron since 2022. Dr. Shue is in charge of corporate technology strategy planning, cloud computing solution innovation as well as 5G ORAN technology. He is very active to participate in industrial alliance, partnership with academy and government, and cooperate with partners worldwide.
Dr. Shue received his Ph. D degree from department of Electrical Engineering of University of Florida in 1995. His currently focused on cloud computing, new generation communication and digital transformation technology.

I-Kuo Wei, the Strategic Engagement Director of Ericsson Cloud Software & Services in North & East Asia. With a wealth of experience and expertise, I-Kuo Wei plays a pivotal role in shaping the new technology and portfolio go-to-market strategy while fostering customer engagement and providing technical consulting for regional telecom operators in the North & East Asia region, encompassing China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
With over 25 years of industry experience, I-Kuo Wei has garnered a wealth of knowledge in solution architecture, project management, technical sales, and consulting across various sectors, including telecommunications, internet, banking, and system integration. His extensive background has equipped him with a deep understanding of the intricacies of the industry.
Having joined Ericsson in 2006, I-Kuo Wei has made significant contributions to the company's success, leveraging his expertise across a spectrum of domains, including TV/Multimedia, OSS/BSS, Network Virtualization & Orchestration, Cloud software, and 5G/5G-Advanced solutions.

Reiner Stuhlfauth is a Technology Manager for wireless communications at Rohde & Schwarz headquarters in Munich, Germany. He focuses on wireless communications technology and T&M aspects in cellular and non-cellular radio technologies. In this role, he promotes test and measurement solutions for e.g. LTE, 5G and WLAN. Reiner is an O-RAN delegate in working group 4 and one of a group of authors at Rohde & Schwarz.

Andreas Roessler is working as a Technology Manager for Rohde & Schwarz, a premium supplier of test and measurement solutions to the wireless industry, headquartered in Munich, Germany. As a technology manager, he focuses on 3GPP’s 5G New Radio (NR) standard and advancing 6G research topics. His responsibilities include strategic marketing and product portfolio development for the entire value chain offered by Rohde & Schwarz test and measurement division. By following industry trends and the standardization process for cellular communication standards very carefully, he gained more than 15 years of experience in the mobile industry and wireless technologies. He holds an MSc in electrical engineering with a focus on wireless communication.

Stephen Hire is Vice President, Solutions and Partnerships for Viavi Solutions with responsibility for customer solutions, strategy and new product introductions with a particular emphasis on 5G radio access and core network testing. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the industry and has lived and worked in India, Hong Kong, Singapore and UK.
Viavi Solutions is the world leader for 5G test mobiles and Open RAN testers which are used as a critical development tool by every major cellular base station manufacturer and many network operators. Viavi is also a leading supplier of virtualized 5G Standalone and Non-standalone core network test and emulation products.
Stephen is also a Vice President of the Global mobile Suppliers Association (www.gsacom.com) that represents vendors from across the worldwide mobile ecosystem. GSA actively promotes the 3GPP technology road-map – 3G; 4G; 5G – and is a single source of information resource for industry reports and market intelligence.

邱宗文先生畢業於中山大學博士班，具有多年高頻元件開發與OTA系統測試經驗，曾任第四屆臺灣天線工程師學會理事長及山東省泰山學者海外特聘專家，目前是超過二百項發明專利的發明人，曾擔任連展科技股份有限公司無線通訊事業處處長，任職期間有多項台灣第一的紀錄，如摩托羅拉手機內建天線供應商、i-phone3內建天線供應商及戴爾內建4G筆記型電腦天線供應商，十多年前創辦川升股份有限公司，連續三年獲得臺北市研發獎勵補助，也獲選台北市亮點企業、國家發明獎、創新研究獎及低軌衛星科專計畫，並與工研院合作，成功開發出全世界第一套3D毫米波縮距遠場天線量測系統，不僅專注於研發更重視人才培育，六年前創立「川升學苑」，舉辦課程及提供實習機會，鼓勵學子提前參與並掌握無線通訊產業相關技術，更是科技大學評鑑/品保資深委員，將產業經驗分享給學校，以利協助學校培育出更符合產業需求的人才。

2010年加入台灣羅德史瓦茲 (Rohde & Schwarz)；畢業於國立暨南大學電機所，主修高頻電路設計；過去曾於達智科技、正崴精密、宏達國際電子、中磊等公司任職，並累積長達10年之射頻產品的設計開發的經驗。 現於台灣羅德史瓦茲 (Rohde & Schwarz) 擔任應用支援工程部經理，於 2G-GSM / 3G-WCDMA / 4G-LTE / 5G - NR 行動通訊系統測試、藍牙技術、FM接收機…等有相當深入的了解；同時亦負責手機通訊協定測試的應用，並受邀於業界擔任行動通訊訓練講師，帶領台灣羅德史瓦茲應用工程師與台灣晶片商與手機製造商合作測試認證4G/5G產品.

講師服務於台灣羅德史瓦茲近八，九年時間，負責通信綜合測試儀CMW 平台，RF / RRM/LBS 認證系統以及WIFI 6 認證系統支持工作。長年追蹤各種通信技術的演進發展。與國內外知名晶片公司，電子產品研發生產廠商及第三方認證機構合作交流各式通信系統開發生產次數眾多，經驗豐富。近年更投入更多心力於WIFI 市場的研究，關注其各種應用及技術發展未來走向。
