Jose M. Fortes is a seasoned OTA specialist, serving as the main Rohde & Schwarz delegate for OTA matters across a wide range of SDOs, such as CTIA, 3GPP, GCF, 5GAA and ANSI. With over 16 years of experience in the test and measurement industry, he’s Secretary of the CTIA Certification OTA Working Group and Chair of the CTIA Certification GNSS Task Force. He has also held key roles in EMC, RF Regulatory, SAR and OTA testing at DEKRA and Intel Mobile Communications.
