Tim Fountain is the Global Market Segment Manager for the RADAR and Electronic Warfare segment at Rohde & Schwarz. Tim has over 30 years of experience working with market leaders in the test and measurement industry, focusing on RF and microwave applications in aerospace and defense. He started his professional life as an application engineer and has since held roles in R&D, corporate management, product planning, product marketing and business development.

Tim holds a master’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Hertfordshire in the UK. He is also certified as a chartered professional engineer in Europe.

Bill Kardine has been a Radar and EW Business Development Manager in North America for 4 years at Rohde and Schwarz. Prior to that, he was an Application Engineer focusing on Radar test and measurement solutions. In his current role, he works closely with industry partners to provide the Aerospace and Defense market with test and measurement solutions closely aligned with end-users' key measurement objectives. This role spans customer conversations in the Test & Evaluation community, Science & Technology community, and with defense contractors of all different tiers.

Bill has a BE in Electrical Engineering & BS in Physics from the University of Delaware, and also has an MSEE in Electromagnetics from UCLA.

Duncan d’Hemecourt is an Application Engineer for Rohde & Schwarz America, dedicated to Aerospace & Defense customer solutions. Duncan specializes in Radar and Electronic Warfare (EW) test systems, with a particular focus on multi-port EW stimulus applications. He has been supporting A&D customers in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region and has recently expanded his role to a national level to assist customers more broadly. Before joining R&S, Duncan was an engineer in the Space Department RF and Microwave group at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory. He holds both a BS and an MS in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University.
